We are aware that each case is unique and represents a challenge that does not always meet the expectations of each patient. We guarantee the best effort and dedication on our part to achieve success in each case. However, it may happen that you simply do not want the piece and that decision must be expressed at the time of placing the piece. We offer a refund of your money in case you are not satisfied with the result achieved or if the body physically rejects the piece, such as: pain, inflammation, extreme dryness, rejection of the material, burning or even bleeding.

To avoid these inconveniences, we suggest that before deciding to use an ocular prosthesis, you consult an ophthalmologist and an ocular plastic surgeon (oculoplastic surgeon) who will prepare your case to be able to satisfactorily adapt a piece.

Cases in which ocular prosthesis should not be placed:

Patients without evisceration surgery with white eye, consumptive eye, painful eye, presence of infection, allergy to materials and even very emotionally and psychologically affected patients without professional treatment.
