The personalized evaluation includes 3 consultations to ensure a successful final result, which may present challenges with adjustment, color tones, discomfort and acceptance. If you are not satisfied, 80% of the money invested will be refunded. The consultation takes place at our physical address in Santiago Centro.
Once you have purchased your piece, we immediately coordinate the first consultation date, which will be an evaluation of your case, where we will meet you and clarify all your doubts, as well as take measurements of shape and colors. The first tests are done with already prepared and generic prostheses that you can choose according to your needs and comfort. Once finished, we will dedicate ourselves to making your piece and in a maximum of two days we will meet again for a second adaptation consultation. The piece has a 5-year warranty with annual maintenance that you must have with us to ensure its performance. Subsequent consultations can be arranged with a maximum of 3 included in the value of the purchased piece. If it does not meet your expectations, 90% of the cost invested will be reimbursed.
